Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Kullilli Bulloo River Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (“the corporation”) will be held:

Date: Saturday, 12 October 2024.

Time: Registrations at 9.30 am (registrations and entry closed after 10am), Meeting start at 10.00 am

Location: Brisbane International Hotel, Cnr Sandgate Rd & Zillmere Road, Boondall QLD 4034

Purpose of Annual General Meeting

The purpose for the Annual General Meeting is to:

Welcome, attendees and apologies
Confirm Minutes of 2023 AGM held on 25 November 2024
Consider the Corporation Reports
Appointment of Auditor for the 2024-2025 financial year
Appointment of Directors
Other Business
Close

Director Elections:

In accordance with Rule 8.6 Rotation of Directors, there are three (3) Director vacancies to be filled at this AGM.

Applicable this Meeting

Vacancies for Retiring Directors: Toby Adams, Cassandra Stevens, Marceil Lawrence. Three Directors to be appointed.

Proxy: Members are not able to appoint a Proxy for this meeting – there will be no proxies. See Rule 7.14 of the Rule Book.

Travel:

The Corporation is not able to assist members with travel to attend this meeting. However, refreshments and lunch will be provided.
